If you want to help our clients interested in your field, you can by contacting us and telling us you’d like to be a resource.
Many of our services (like Career Explorations) are all about community experiences. When our clients explore their fields of interest, we want to ensure they learn everything they need to make an informed decision.
We want to meet the expert (you) and see where you work. This gives the client an idea of what their workstation and environment would look like if they pursued work in your field.
Community experiences aren’t just about the worksite, though. We want to hear what the job is actually like from you. This helps our clients determine if they can do the job, enjoy it, and thrive in it.
Employmentality helps clients explore all kinds of job industries, but we can’t do it without our community! If you want to help our clients interested in your field, contact us and tell us you’d like to be a resource.
Once you do, we reach out to learn a little about your field, your role in it, and what you think our clients should know before applying. When we have a client asking about your field, we’ll go straight to you.
These meetings are best done in person, though we understand that sometimes may not be possible. We can also accommodate for virtual sessions! Either way, we’ll only be asking for about 30-60 minutes of your time in one of these meetings. Our client will come prepared with the list of questions they want to know, which may include pay, benefits, accommodations, daily duties, and things you wish you knew before entering the field. That’s it!
