Employmentality has helped clients seek work in nearly every sector of industry. Some top examples include the medical, engineering, food service, administration, and music industries! But, there’s always more to explore, and we’re happy to take on the challenge!
No. We can help equip you with the tools you’ll need, but we can only work with what is available in your desired area(s). Your participation, as well as the job market, will play key roles in your job search.
Employmentality is designed to help Oregonians with disabilities first figure out what career will best suit their needs. Once that is determined, we begin reaching out to the community and help clients search for work.
These services can sometimes be as simple as assisting with applications and follow-ups, but also extends to interview preparation, portfolio revisions, and coaching in how to request necessary accommodations. We want you to be happy, successful, and well-equipped in your new role, but we can’t do it without your help! Your participation helps us and your new team better understand how you learn and what you need.
Employmentality provides career consultation services such as career exploration, career development, and job searching services to local Oregonians. We work closely with vocational rehabilitation counselors throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley.
